  • When you create a Regulate account, we ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and address.
  • You may also provide your date of birth, weight, height, and other biometrics to enhance your app experience.

Your Medical Consult & Personal Health Information

Medical information provided during your consult is used by physicians to determine your eligibility for specific health services. Such data is treated as personal health information in compliance with applicable regulations.

Your Payment Information

When you subscribe to Regulate services, we use a secure payment processor to collect, store, and process your payment details. Regulate does not have access to your full credit card information and will never ask you to share it directly.

Your Health Data from Devices

With your explicit consent, Regulate imports health data from devices or platforms like Apple Health or Google Fit. You can disable these integrations via your account settings at any time.

Your Glucose Data via Connected Devices

If you connect a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to your Regulate account, we retrieve your glucose readings from the manufacturer’s platform. Regulate uses this data to generate insights and wellness scores for you within the app.

Interactions – Feedback & Support

When you contact our support team or participate in product feedback sessions, we retain communication logs for quality and troubleshooting purposes.

Your Logs – Meals, Activities, Notes

You may add meal photos, titles, notes, and activity logs within the app. This data is accessible only to those with a business need, such as our support or engineering teams.

Third-Party Tools, Analytics & Advertising

We integrate with third-party tools that adhere to our strict privacy standards. For example, our app collects device information (app version, platform, time zone, locale, etc.) for troubleshooting and aggregate analytics. We disable unnecessary tracking methods in transactional or support communications to protect your privacy.

Identifiable, Member-Specific Data

Export your biometric data, activity logs, and similar data in CSV format via your account at regulate.care. Request deletion of your identifiable data by contacting us at support@regulate.care. We will verify your identity and comply with your request within one month, unless additional time is needed for verification.

What We Cannot Delete

  • Payment History & Billing Information: Stored with our payment processors for accounting and fraud prevention.
  • Official Medical Records: Regulate is not a healthcare provider and does not have authority to modify or delete official medical records.
  • Third-Party Data: Data held by our third-party partners. You must contact these parties directly for deletion requests.
