This policy applies to your use of all software and services provided by Regulate Inc. By using Regulate, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Regulate Inc. is a global software company that empowers individuals to better manage and improve their overall wellness. By using our services on regulate.care, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
At Regulate, we believe you should have full control over your biological health data. Our goal is to make it simple for you to view, export, and delete your personal information. If you choose not to contribute your personal data for product improvement and wellness research purposes, you may opt out by contacting us at support@regulate.care. We will never use your information in ways that you have not agreed to.
We commit to collecting only the minimum information necessary to provide a valuable service. Our security practices are continually updated to ensure your data remains safe and confidential.
Regulate does not sell or sell access to your personal data to third parties for advertising or any other purposes. You might be invited to contribute your data for research initiatives that aim to advance wellness and health outcomes. Your participation helps form a detailed understanding of how lifestyle factors influence health and supports the development of optimal outcomes.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy practices, please contact our Data Protection Officer by emailing support@regulate.care.
Medical information provided during your consult is used by physicians to determine your eligibility for specific health services. Such data is treated as personal health information in compliance with applicable regulations.
When you subscribe to Regulate services, we use a secure payment processor to collect, store, and process your payment details. Regulate does not have access to your full credit card information and will never ask you to share it directly.
With your explicit consent, Regulate imports health data from devices or platforms like Apple Health or Google Fit. You can disable these integrations via your account settings at any time.
If you connect a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to your Regulate account, we retrieve your glucose readings from the manufacturer’s platform. Regulate uses this data to generate insights and wellness scores for you within the app.
When you contact our support team or participate in product feedback sessions, we retain communication logs for quality and troubleshooting purposes.
You may add meal photos, titles, notes, and activity logs within the app. This data is accessible only to those with a business need, such as our support or engineering teams.
We integrate with third-party tools that adhere to our strict privacy standards. For example, our app collects device information (app version, platform, time zone, locale, etc.) for troubleshooting and aggregate analytics. We disable unnecessary tracking methods in transactional or support communications to protect your privacy.
Regulate uses your data to personalize insights, educational content, and resources within the app. If you request assistance from our support or technical teams, we may access your account data for troubleshooting. Occasionally, we may invite you to contribute to wellness research and product improvement studies.
We use anonymized and aggregated data to enhance our product and develop new features related to wellness, food intake, and exercise.
Your data is stored in secure databases hosted by trusted third parties. These providers only access your data for cloud storage and retrieval. Our security measures include multi-factor authentication, IP whitelisting, encryption at rest, regular code reviews, and the ability to quickly revoke access if necessary.
