Regulate Care is designed as a clinical care platform, not a medication storefront. The information below explains how clinical review, prescriptions, pharmacy fulfillment, and follow-up care work.
Medication is not sold by Regulate Care. Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are fulfilled by Amazon Pharmacy. Pharmacy fulfillment, pricing, insurance processing, shipping, availability, and pharmacist review are handled by the dispensing pharmacy. Home delivery at no additional shipping cost may be available when the dispensing pharmacy and patient order qualify.
Safety facts
- Regulate Care is a U.S.-based telehealth clinical care platform for metabolic and weight health support.
- Licensed clinicians evaluate patients before any prescription decision.
- A valid prescription is required for prescription GLP-1 medication.
- Completing an intake or paying for a visit does not guarantee medication will be prescribed.
- Regulate Care does not sell or ship GLP-1 medications. When appropriate, prescriptions may be sent to a state-licensed pharmacy, such as Amazon Pharmacy, for FDA-approved medications and home delivery where available.
- Regulate Care does not offer research peptides, gray-market GLP-1s, non-prescription GLP-1 products, or compounded GLP-1 medications marketed as FDA-approved alternatives.
- When prescription treatment is clinically appropriate, prescriptions may be sent to Amazon Pharmacy or another licensed pharmacy requested by the patient, subject to clinician approval, pharmacy availability, and applicable law.
- The dispensing pharmacy handles pharmacist review, prescription verification, medication pricing, insurance processing, availability, shipping, and dispensing.
- Clinical review may consider contraindications, current medications, pregnancy status, diabetes status, pancreatitis history, gallbladder disease, kidney disease, gastrointestinal conditions, allergies, and other relevant risk factors.
- Regulate Care provides follow-up support, education, care coordination, refill planning, and treatment monitoring when clinically appropriate.
What Regulate Care is
Regulate Care provides telehealth clinical evaluation, care planning, ongoing metabolic health support, and care coordination. Patients complete a medical intake so a licensed clinician can assess health history, goals, contraindications, current medications, and whether prescription treatment is medically appropriate.
What Regulate Care is not
Regulate Care is not an online pharmacy, medication marketplace, compounder, manufacturer, or medication shipper. We do not sell research products, peptides, gray-market GLP-1s, non-prescription GLP-1s, or compounded GLP-1 medications marketed as FDA-approved alternatives.
Prescription and pharmacy requirements
Prescription GLP-1 medication requires a valid prescription from a licensed clinician. If treatment is appropriate, the prescription may be sent to Amazon Pharmacy or another licensed pharmacy requested by the patient, subject to clinician approval, pharmacy availability, and applicable law.
Transparent costs and responsibilities
Regulate Care charges for telehealth clinical services and care coordination. Medication pricing, insurance processing, pharmacist review, availability, shipping, and dispensing are handled by the dispensing pharmacy. Coverage and medication availability are not guaranteed by Regulate Care.
Clinical follow-up
Ongoing care may include education, side-effect review, dose and refill planning, medication-interaction review, care coordination, and monitoring. Seek urgent medical care for severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, signs of allergic reaction, or other concerning symptoms.
